Hi, I'm Coach Brittney. First off, if you are on my page believe me when I say I have been exactly where you have been! I have felt like I didn't know why I wasn't losing weight and like something was wrong with me. I wanted to level up and be a healthier, fitter version of myself. I grew up always struggling with my weight, never feeling confident in my body. I was told I would never be thin because I was just "big-boned”. I thought I needed to eat less and do more cardio. I felt the pressure to be as small as possible, because tiny and pretty was the goal, no matter how you felt. I tried everything. No matter what I did I always felt terrible, and if I lost weight I would gain it right back plus more.
It wasn't until I started lifting weights, tracking macros (instead of counting calories, we have all been there), and working on my mindset that I was able to transform my body and keep the weight off. I stopped being scared of being strong and learned that building muscle is how you create that fit, toned look that I always wanted. That paired with giving myself the right nutrition to fuel my body was a total game changer. Committing to doing the work to heal my relationship with my body and food, I was able to believe in myself.
As I've grown older, I've learned how important it is to take care of our health. I want to continue doing the things I love as I get older. I want to stay healthy for my family and friends. I want to keep my brain and body working and still feel great and pain-free in my body as I age. This is possible if we make our health a priority.
I want to help as many women as I can learn these same tools to transform their mind and body. I want them to feel confident, strong, sexy, and unstoppable to achieve whatever goal is in front of them.
