“I hired Brittney 3-years ago because I had set the goal to be in the best shape of my life for my 50th. I never worked out on a consistent basis, and I never followed any kind of diet. I was a complete newbie.
Brittney was great at explaining things to me in a way that made sense. She taught me how to find and engage the correct muscles that we were working on, and she was always watching and correcting my form to make sure I was safe and efficient. As I got stronger, Brittney encouraged me to lift heavier weights and even add some cardio, but not too much. I thought my body didn't like to lift heavy weights, but as I grew comfortable with being uncomfortable, I grew to love my heavy leg days. I now can honestly say I don't like missing workouts.
Then we got to the food, once I stopped resisting and began measuring and tracking my macros, the pounds literally started melting off! It was SO MUCH FUN! Was it a piece of cake? Nope. Was it time consuming and frustrating at times? You betchca. But WOW, the results were SO WORTH IT.
