- One on one 20 minute zoom coaching calls every week for the first 4 weeks, then once a month following or as needed
- Weekly check in forms tracking progress and getting feedback
- Bi-weekly team calls focused on different topics to help teach and support your transformation
- A team of like minded individuals to share and connect with. People on the same journey as you
WHAT‘S EXPECTED:
- 12 week commitment, paid in full or monthly reoccurring payments.
- Honest, open communication with yourself and me with a willingness to learn
- Submit 1-2 videos of your strength training, for form feedback
- Daily metrics being taken and reported
- Planning your macros in advance and following the plan
- Completeting 4-5 workouts a week
- Sending your weekly check in on time
- Attending the team calls or watching the zoom recording if you are not able to attend it live
This program is a transformation group, a lifestyle change. This isn’t a fad diet or quick fix to drop weight fast. This program will show you how to connect with your true self to feel strong, confident, sexy, and happy in your body. I will teach you the tools to take back your power by building a lifestyle of habits and systems so you can be full of energy, joy, and strength.
